Copperlines.net may, at any time, revise these terms by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should, therefore, periodically review these terms to review the then current terms.

Returns:
Only products in new condition and in original packaging will be accepted for credit or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Under no circumstances will merchandise be accepted for return after thirty days of invoice date. Please check your order expeditiously and thorughly upon receipt. You are responsible for return shipping fees. Any items returned without Authorization &
RMA # will be assessed a 35% restocking fee.There will be a 20% restocking fee on "Signature Series" weathervanes. Credit cards are not credited until product is received back and inspected. Please call Copperlines at 508-997-2692 for a return authorization number.

Return policy exceptions:
Custom work is non-returnable, except at Copperlines' discretion for store credit only. No refunds on custom work.

Defective Product:
Will be replaced within 15 days of sale. Contact info@copperlines.net to arrange shipment. Replacements will not be issued until defective unit is returned. We will ship replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged Merchandise upon arrival:
All of our shipments are insured so it is
important if it arrives damaged you contact us and the carrier (UPS or USPS)  immediately. UPS, USPS, and Copperlines
require all the original packaging to process a claim. Be assured we will
reship new products as soon as the damaged ones are returned

Warranty:
Manufacturer's warranties apply on all products.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii:
Ground service is not available. We suggest 2nd day Air service. Posted rates are usually sufficient. If actual charges are significantly greater than collected amounts, customer will be contacted for a approval of additional shipping prior to shipment.
